Making a synthetic brass bend for thrill , tension ?

hello I'm new here . I'm trying to figure out how to make this brass sound effect at the beginning ? what library VST can do this ? i have cinematic brass studio but this effect has more like Synth sound to it . feels like multiple brass sound layered together.

That is an Articulation of the instrument. IF using sample libraries, you need one with the more obscure things. Don't ask me as I don't do libraries as a general rule.

One thing I would try to get a similar effect would be sampling the note/s and then reversing. Playing then with filters etc. That way it would be unique.
