I really don't have many presets for Pro-MB as I usually just start from scratch when I need it. Usually using a single band or two, specifically targeting what I need at that very moment. It's so quick and painless to setup and the situations are so diverse that presets don't make much sense.planet_b wrote: Sun Feb 09, 2025 2:23 pm bmanic, We'd love to try any Pro-MB presets you'd wish to share with us.Those Saturn ones are pretty much the best showcase for the plugin.
Having said that, I do have some presets for acoustic recorded drums like toms and snares, where Pro-MB is my main gate/expander plugin, minimizing hihat bleed. If that is useful to you then I can definitely post those presets.
Oh and I have a preset that does something similar to Make Believe Studio's Mixhead, compressing the highs by listening to everything below about 5kHz. It's an interesting concept that works quite nicely on a lot of things. However, to be able to mimic their plugin you need to follow it with a basic soft waveshaper.
