There is a criminal case for sure. But additional grounds must be taken into account. Fake payment notes, not providing the statements, blocking the access to the control panel (must be proved), possibly selling outside the contract, even after receiving termination notice, which means deception, fraud, theft, copyright infringement, software piracy.

Hi,

1. Can anyone provide a Digital River contract? In the past, I try to login the control panel and print the contract as a PDF file. However, now I find characters in the right border are trimmed. So I want to get a better version but I cannot login the control panel any more.
2.Has anyone join the Google Groupo successfully? I follow the instructions to send my monthly reports to classactiond+xxx+xxxx.com16650.12@googlegroups.com but do not get an invitation email:

Here is a link to the MyCommerce Master Services Agreement (6.4) in PDF format (from my OneDrive). I was able to print it just before being locked out of the Control Panel.

Does anyone know where Mycommerce and Digital River stand? It seems that they still have customers...They haven't paid us since July and don't answer anymore...If you have a procedure or even a project of procedure in common against Mycommerce and digital river I would like to join it I give my email pierrerene2@gmail.com
