it's a log in interface within the plugin, first time you load it (or each time for a demo)... log in then it's activated. El Juan is the only one i have that uses their new auth system, and it's never deactivated itself, unlike a bunch of other companies i've since abandoned.

Takes a while to get it to sound like Devil-Loc, set to a similar sound it has more clarity and more detail. I wish the new hardware version was just as versatile.

Yes that could be an issue. What's holding devil-loc back is the absence of OS selector or any kind of input/output staging built-in the plugin itself, but if those manifest in the plugin one day, then the playing field will be more equal (korneff will still be more versatile and more detailed, but devil-loc will be easier to tune to get quick results/less fiddling).
