Yes you can. You can select them by clicking MyKVR Home, then click on the group bar (default should be the Computer name that you're on).
"My Actual Studio" is irrelevant now, but it is still available in the groups section. Before KSM, if you wanted to use this to list all your plugins you had to add them manually. You can do that automatically now of course when you scan.

But My Actual Studio can list Hardware. I could imagine that it could also look for connected Audio and Midi devices with an ability to add them to My Actual Studio…

There's also the issue that my manually maintained KVR list for "I own this" also includes VST plugins.
Whereas, the KVR Studio Manager doesn't support VST. Only VST3 and CLAP.
Therefore, if I were to delete the manual list in favour of the automated KSM synced list, all my owned VST plugins, which haven't received VST3/CLAP updates would not be included.
