Hi All,
It’s now 2025, and while Digital River Inc. has wound down, it still has not entered bankruptcy....
Initiating bankruptcy proceedings requires three creditors, and I am currently looking for two more to join the effort against Digital River Inc.
If you or your company are a creditor and would like to be part of this initiative, please reply to this post or contact me directly. (I'll be covering the cost for this.)

Yes, please send me your business details and the amount you are owed and I will add you to our bankruptcy proceedings.
However, I am not very confident that we can recover a significant amount from them. They are broke. But we do not have visibility as they are not in bankruptcy. During the bankruptcy their assets would at least be put under court supervision.
