They are upfront about it (or at least make no effort to conceal it), there is no attempt to hoodwink going on I think (beyond trying to sell the sub as being a sweeter deal than it actually is), it's just that the, all access deal favors Minimal over the customer in regard to pricing. *shrug

They are definitely not the only ones who do that either...

I think if they fix that pricing dispartiy between subscribers vs intro offers it will help a lot. Also, providing demos. I dont cosnider these two issues to be a reflection of nefariousness however. Seems like a lot of keyboard warriors like to exercise their unreasonable sense of entitlement on these plugins companies. I get it. Anti-capitalism and all that. But there are way worse offenders out there than these small plugin companies. But, so be it, be a whiney internet child if you want, it's easy enough for me to identify the culprits and ignore them.

Gotta say, Wave Shaper provides some really unique and musically useful trippy effects, good job Minimal!

Yeah, the intro price is time limited. The loyal discount is always there. Nothing wrong with that.

So the cheapest way to get the Minimal stuff, is probably Plugin Boutique via their rewards program.
and sales, I got this for $17.30 at PB ($11.30 vc) If you've never bought any Minimal stuff there, they just give you a redemption code for Minimal, all their purchases from PB go directly into your Minimal Audio account...

I'm not hearing anything that's not doable with any frequency shifter along with regular old processing. If you don't have a frequency shifter it's pretty nice.

how was that possible, if I may ask? you have a bunch of "virtual cash" (love that expression) waiting for the right moment or is there any other way? in my rewards I can not see anything minimal.

besides that, after Brexit PB lost some edge for euro buyers, so it turns out cheaper to buy directly from Minimal, as there is no extra VAT.

I just buy a lot of plugins there, since they often offer a better deal is all. The last thing I bought
was Beam at $99, so that earned a lot. Other than that, I convert all my tokens to VC as well.
I've never used a token beyond converting it actually. Another thing is that the VC is in pounds,
so for us in the USA, conversion is favorable...

well, I succumbed to the hoarder syndrome yet again and bought this via plugin boutique and, tbh, was underwhelmed. if there was a demo, i would have kept the money in the wallet.

I think Infiltrator 2 is the one effect plugin to cure GAS (though chorus and mastering still need to be found elsewhere). It is the cheapest with a student discount on Black Friday.
