Well they answered me recently quite quickly when help was needed for a license transfer, so I don't think this is true at all.

I sent three tech support requests over the last three months and never got a single response. it is interesting that people started getting responses within days of the multiple reports (not just mine) on this KVR thread of not getting responses from WA.

I can only speak for myself, but I sent three support requests over the holidays and never received a response as well.

Nothing in them that's too suitable for House / Deep House, so I'm hoping that's a sign that the Drumvolution & Revolution expansions are coming soon too.

I really hope they are still planning a proper update for all the usability issues. I'm really struggling to enjoy Triaz with it's many drawbacks. .. oh and I absolutely HATE the EQ section. It's the most useless thing ever in a drum plugin. I'd much rather have a normal 3 to 5 band parametric EQ. This is literally forcing me to use the plugin in multi-output mode at all times, simply due to no proper EQ.

Did anyone pick up that new pack bundle? Any good? To be honest, they all sound pretty piss poor in that demo video, but I love everything else they've put out so maybe they're just bad examples
