Strange noise cubase pro 14 session

Good morning,
I have a strange noise that appears during my sessions on Cubase Pro 14.
It makes a sound like an ocean wave.
Looks like some sort of return/loop in Cubase.
I really have no idea what it could be.
I have the same problem in Ableton live Suite12.
Need your experience and help to find where the problem is coming from.
I made a video.
I'm trying to attach an mp4 file, but I have a download error.
Many thanks in advance for your help.

I would say it is a plugin in demo mode

Thank you very much for your response.
What would that be like compared to a plugin in demo mode?
The only one that asks me to activate it every time, even if it is saved, is Spark 2 from Arturia.
A second plugin which is activated, but does not work is a plugin from Korg.
The problem may arise even if I do not use this plugin in my session?
Otherwise everything else is ok.
Thanks again for your response.

Does it also happen in a totally empty project?
If yes: it is your audio interface or whatever you have in the path between DAW and ears.
If not, then spot the differences.
Good luck with that.
How to do that? Throw away half the tracks with plugins. Still there? Then repeat: throw away half again. If not: it was in the half you threw away.
That strategy has a posh name: binary search. It's usually much faster than doing the job linear.

Many thanks for your response.
I'm going to do this.
Thank you for the procedure, it makes sense.
If for example it is the audio interface, it is an Rme ucx 2.
Or should I look in the menu?
Which option selected by default could cause problems?
Could it be an external midi controller or SSD that is generating this noise?

Before diving into speculations, please first execute the first extremely simple no-brainer test: an empty project. Well??Trancer wrote: Wed Mar 05, 2025 7:10 am If for example it is the audio interface, it is an Rme ucx 2.

I did the test and it was indeed a vst (spire).
Test ok for Ableton live Suite12.
On the other hand, I no longer know how to open my project on Cubase Pro 14.
Certainly nothing to see, but when I open my project, the process does it (loading), but it does not appear anywhere and I exit Cubase Pro 14.
What do you think this is due to?
Thank you in advance for your answers.
