Too true ... and overpriced plugins are not helping.

Sorry about that. The AU installer has been updated...tested on MacOS 14.7 Sonoma.
Update 1/28/2026: All installers have been tested and vetted on test machines.

Wow. You can't even take your potential customers serious.Dave_p wrote: Mon Mar 03, 2025 2:56 am Thanks. You (or anyone else) are never obligated to provide a legitimate address. Of course, if you order the Gooey T-shirt, and provide a fake address, you'll never get it.
With that being said, the payment processor to receive the license to Apotheca only requires payment and email.
You have a ridiculous website, a ridiculous price and a ridiculous demo-policy.
Absolutely not interested.

Hi Ensolake,
Thanks for the feedback. I hope you change your mind at a later date and time, but nonetheless your comments are taken seriously, and we will do our best to make changes to win you over as a customer too.
Respectfully,
Dave

Well, I've been giving this an honest shot, since the developer displays such enthusiasm for it, even going through the checkout process 'again' just to update the demo (which is pretty odd imo). Anyway, try as I might, I just can't put this in the category of something like shaperbox to which is seriously pales in comparison imho.
As I said earlier in the thread, competition is fierce and from what I've seen so far, this is easily outshined at every turn.
*At least in it's current state of development.
*Despite all the obvious work that's gone into it, the bar has been set very high.
Certainly I think the work that's been done on this so far is impressive, potential
is good, but it's got a ways to go before commanding a high price imo. YMMV...

Keep at it! Definitely...Dave_p wrote: Mon Mar 10, 2025 12:35 am Thanks for the feedback. I'll continue to improve the product's features and performance.
One thing, I would take a look at the utility module, the label is a bit ambiguous, it's
impossible to get a feel for what's going on in a preset at a glance, when it just says
utility, utility, named effect, utility etc...
Maybe some alternative color schemes would be nice as well, while some might like
the current scheme, I find it a bit bland. Consider consulting a UI designer maybe.
Anyway, my following continues...

Had a look at the website to check what was the copy protection it uses without success.
I think that would be important to provide such info.

Thanks for taking the time to learn about the company.
