I got the same message this morning (about 8 hours ago). Strange thing is that I also don't see it in my paypal account as a purchase/charge.

And no word from support yet...not a great first impression for me.

Seems similar to Sweetwater pricing error two years ago for IK Tape Bundle. Same delay message from Sweetwater. Peter IK sent out correction later.

I just got a reply that there was something wrong with my address in paypal and that it's been corrected. I see a charge in my paypal account now.

The email also said I should be receiving my code shortly. Excuse me for a moment, I'll be pushing the refresh button on my browser for the next few minutes...

I fell for the Sweetwater scam out of pure FOMO, a roll of the dice just in case it was an honest deal.

I'm sick and tired of businesses saying "oooh we made a mistake".

Then stop making f*cking mistakes you incompetent losers. I've been doing business with Sweetwater for decades including guitars, hardware, etc and that's the last time I will ever do so if they don't honor the advertised price.

I honestly thought it was a good deal—maybe a bit naive of me, but nonetheless. I still haven’t received the license, and now the product page has changed to an 'Upgrade' option. Was going to be my first purchase there :/

I got the email saying something was wrong with the order but then I contacted my Sweetwater sales rep guy and he said he'd get it straightened out. Got the serial a few minutes later. So if you got the "something's wrong with your order" email and you have a sales rep person you work with at Sweetwater I would contact them directly.

But that's just the right thing to do. If companies don't suffer any consequences for making mistakes then they'll just keep making them.......
