I've been on the fence between a pair of these or Sony FX30s. I learned on Panasonic video cameras but then moved to Nikon DSLR for a while. My boss has an FX30 and it's real nice but I've also heard lots of good things about this one.
Oooh, nice! FX30 was another option for me too, but couldn’t find a price I liked. I don’t think I liked this price much either? Yesterday, a sale including the 85mm kit lens popped up and after sleeping on it, I made the buy. A bit over 18 for lens, body and extra batteries.

I don’t think the included lens is that versatile, but I will make it work as this was my whole camera budget. :oops:

:-o {instantly hears the sounds of a record needle violently ripped from its groove, followed by automobiles crashing, stuck car horns and burglar alarms sounding...}

You've just opened a new rabbit hole for me to fall into. I had no idea either, but it turns out we have taste buds in lots of unexpected places, including inside our heart! :o

This begs a question. Since taste buds are popping up everywhere, can we build taste buds into a synth controller? 8)

Maybe even toss in some artificial olfactory receptors while we're at it? :shrug:

Explains my body’s reaction to peppermint shower gel.

Back to gear… I don’t see anything around right now that I am GASsing over.
I think I am going into sell mode instead. I need a spring clean and think I need to set a rule, anything I haven’t used or only barely in the last 2 years has to go.

This could rattle some cages. Behringer is now bringing out modules in 500 rack format.

Andertons taking pre-orders at £199 for a mid April shipment.
