How to make a delay loops more than one time?

Probably it is a very newbie question, I've been usig the feedback knob but I am a bit confused.

Bonus: how to make a delay loops infinite times? *

You're probably looking for a delay with a freeze button, or a separate looper effect.

What Mr. Sterling said is probably your best bet. There are a handful of plugins that either have a "freeze" button on a basic delay, or are specifically designed for audio looping. There's the free Mobius or things like Enso or MSuperLooper. Live comes with a simple but good one that I like because you can use it to set the tempo of your project.
