HI

I have been sending E-Mails and generally trying to get in contact with the JRR shop (who I believe posts here) but to no avail, does anyone know of this outlet and if they are generally slow to respond or perhaps are on holidays or something?

They offer very nice prices, especially with the £ being strong against the $ - I hope I can get through to trhem!

I had a good deal with jrrshop

I recently bought my CS-80V there (paying much less in dollars than if I'd bought there in Italy and in €s )of course ) and they have been fastly responsive. Otherwise I couldn't expect that much under Xmas festivities . I think you can trust them.

JRRShop have been generally quick to respond to my enquiries in the past (within a day or two, probably less if you take into account time zone differences).

Their prices are competitive and a number of people on KvR have spoken highly of them in the past. Best of all, there's a discount for KvR members!

how do we take advantage of that discount? is there a discount code were supposed to enter somewhere, or something like that?

JRRshop is very fast and communicative on orders.

otoh I don't think I've ever got a response from the form on their site.

flipper, JRR Shop is superb.
I've ordered several items and have always been quite happy with the customer service.

He posts here on KvR as Uncle E.

JRRshop is wonderful. Eric is a very nice person and will usually take time out to help you with product recommendations or new items. He also provides great deals with the forum discount. On the UAD-1 forum, he recently apologized for not getting back to some emails because of how busy he is lately. Usually he responds to emails within 24 hours.

Anyone know of the JRR shop?
