I could probably swing some cinematic stuff but I'd be out of my elements for the other genres pascal mentioned.

I think I'll just gracefully bow out of this ecosystem, at least until I can somehow manage a wider audience from a youtube channel or something.

Is there any interest in 3rd party libraries for this synth?

I just added a $5 intro reduction discount to the above bank. Hopefully that picks things up a bit.
I think there are a few challenges. First is ease of install and then browsing - I honestly don't know, but are your expansions visible as a regular expansion?

....
Right now, so far as I know all 3rd party patches can be displayed only as user presets / user folders with a bit uncomfortable installation process since it`s not an official expansion. But it was mentioned by refx in this thread, an export function (to bundle the user presets, samples etc) will come soon asan additional feature via updates.

That would make a big difference combined with having the expansion appear alongside the others.

Probably wise for devs to give it a wide berth until then.

That is probably a good idea. I will probably hold off until that function is possible to release the other three banks I have.

Of course there's always that possibility of whenever the export function is ready I can just use that function on the presets that I already have for this Bank so I basically just update the bank with an installer I guess.

I guess I'd be most interested in expansions that feel focused on stuff that refx doesn't really cover as their bread and butter. I know they have the cinematic range, but even their DNA feels a little familiar with the SQs and all. So maybe banks of focused all-playable specifics might be the best avenue for third party?

I could be skewed, don't take my word for it...

More of this!
Ambient, ASMR, advanced emulations of real instruments (multi-layered, various articulations, smooth transitions between articulations), including ones of ethnic instruments, less SQs and ARs, less "sick" sounds, more elegant and beautiful effects and pads, and more soothing sounds from nature.

Yes. I would buy those expansions, because they simply would make sense.

I would literally classify my bank as such. Not ASMR though, just a couple ethnic. Even some of the keys are layered with beautiful effects pad like soothing sounds from nature, library is full of ambient sounds. As I said the two-hour video I might be hard to kind of get those vibes dialed in that are there and showcase them, but I just don't have time these days to spend too much editing.

That 2-hour demonstration video that I made, if I spent that 2 hours in my other job I would make more money than I did on the entire Bank, not to mention all the time I spent actually making the library. Do you see the dilemma there?

Before I start releasing other Banks I am going to see if I can just focus on my YouTube channel for a year or two so I should might be taking a break sound design, it's just pointless as a economic endeavour at this point relative to other options by a vast vast degree.

That said life is good. I know it would be heresy to say this on a site like this, haha, but the most important thing in life isn't making music, its just a positive thing to do.

I'll likely wait until the bank export is done for an official release.

In the meantime, Ancient Future, our second bank, is technically done and is available to use. Banks will be updated when the export feature is done. Hopefully they will show up under an icon in the browser and the user presets/samples folder won't be chaos with different banks mingled with no way to distinguish banks.

Has there been an update that allows you to put your expansion into an "Expansion.nexuscontent"?

Wondering the same. Hopefully we don't have to wait till version 6

Is there no way to bypass or lock only the reverb and delay like in Nexus 4? It seems like you can only lock the main FX as a whole.

Is a light/white skin coming at some point?
