I recorded this a few days ago but forgot to share it.
It's another improvised piece featuring Serge, Buchla and Eurorack format modular synths. Takes a few minutes to go from minimal to maximal but there are some cool sounds along the way.

Cinematic noodling. It has that foreboding feel but always recenters. Nice delays/reverb. Makes for a complex space.

I have a feeling this is representative of the station that is dialed in, in a clown car left to its own devices, which mysteriously shows up at any and all destinations, whenever BONES inadvertently astral projects. I'd love to do a remix, run through my stuff. (mainly delays/reverb/and more delays, and data-bender, and echophon, and Pittsburgh's Phase Shifter and Dual Ring Mod) Fun stuff.
I'm not a musician, but I've designed sounds that others use to make music. http://soundcloud.com/obsidiananvil

This is best heard in the dark, or with an extremely limited lighting set-up. It promises/threatens chaos, but maintains sufficient orderliness to provide a disconcerting but irresistible listen.
I know Serge synths pre-dated the movie, but every time I see the name I smile and think of Bronson Pinchot in Beverly Hills Cop
Good work

There are places near my house where radio stations from different areas overlap in weird ways. I guess because we are at the intersection of a bunch of canyons. Anyway, I get a lot of inspiration from driving through those areas. The transitions can be sharp or gradually blend in and out of demodulated noise. I’ve always wanted to mess with FM transmitters but never got around to it, lol

My uncle listened to a lot of Serge Gainsbourg so I was for some reason surprised to find out Serge Tcherepnin wasn’t super French.

I don't know of the references everyone is making but I do enjoy the feel of this and the way it progresses.
King Crimson improvs maybe?
Cool work!
