energyXT 2.7 'Diehard' theme... only 10 years too late!

I've used eXT (Linux version) more off than on over the years and never got around to theming it but as I've started using it a lot more lately I decided to create a theme to match the default 'Diehard' color scheme of AV Linux. I did a similar theme for Ardour which is now included. Obviously there is only so much you can do with eXT limited theming capabilities and it kind of predated the whole 'Flat with large buttons' theme craze of the past several years. Anyway, 10 years too late here it is, if there is anyone here at all that still uses exT 2.7.
