I meant the type of copy protection “tech”, so to speak.
Downloadable key, one time authorization via internet, full time logged mandatory, iLok, etc.

If you purchase a license, which is distributed through e-mail, then we will work with you to ensure you are satisfied as a customer.

Licenses are deposited into your account as well as sent out via e-mail. If you lose access to either one, we are more than happy to assist in retrieving your credentials.

Update 1/28/2026: Apotheca is offered in the AAX format.

Too true ... and overpriced plugins are not helping.

That's a good point, and that's why Apotheca is priced right.

The perpetual license also means future updates are included. The plug-in is becoming more stable and offering more.

There were a lot of tough nights before release where I went back and ensured that the plug-in was written correctly so future features could be included without overhead. To me, good engineering really starts with a solid foundation.

Update 1/28/2026: Apotheca V2 is here, and a free upgrade.
