Where I live there are quite a few parks with outlets on the lamps. So people can charge up there. Also the library has plenty of outlets.

I once bought a mouth harmonica (proper Hohner even) for a homeless begger, with the idea he could make more money with busking than begging.

I had fantasies that he got robbed from it while he slept in the homeless care shelter center. A device that generates money is pretty valuable.
