I'm still in search.
Used Blue ARP, Kirnu Cream, Cthulhu by Xfer Records

But sometimes the final result is better with inside synths arpeggiators.

Sometimes it depends on what I want to do. The ones you mentioned are good (haven't tried Cream). I also like EON-Arp, HY-MPS3, and Bitwig's native arpeggiator.

For me it´s BLEASS Arpeggiator. Hands down. It has lots of different patterns, poly mode, modulations etc.

My favourite by miles.

BlueArp because it's free and Stepic because it's so powerful. Plus Harmony Bloom because it's so beautiful. Ha.

I have cthulhu. i couldn´t work my way into it for example.
i´m asking way too much for something very instant when it comes to ARPs.

Blue ARP was not working on my M1 Mac. This might have changed

If you happen to be a Logic user, its included arp MIDI plugin is quite excellent. Cthulhu is great as well for getting different results that go far beyond the capabilities of most synths' on-board arps.
