MusicRadar had an interview with Hans Zimmer today and he said some interesting things:
//Synapse Audio's The Legend HZ, a virtual analogue synth based on the Minimoog. Zimmer's version of The Legend bolsters the plugin's specs with additional oscillators, expanded polyphony and a fixed filter bank based on his own vintage Moog Modular 914.
The Legend replaces the Minimoog's ADS envelope, which lacked a dedicated Release control, with a more familiar ADSR version. "It's basically a Minimoog, with one important improvement" says Zimmer.//

Don't hold your breath, it's been around 18 months since there was any work being done on it. I'm sure Rich will get back to it but he's had a lot of other, fiddly stuff to do since the release of Legend HZ.

It was actually Rick Beato who did the interview

Best interview of HZ I have had the pleasure to listen to. Was great. Hate him or love him Rick Beato does a fine interview.

Bitwig is my DAWs and UHe and Tracktion Synths are my Bae. I maybe buy one synth a year. REMEMBER SELF just one synth a year!

Not really an interview, and he seems to have a lot of hardware plugged in. That should annoy Cringy Wizard

I just want Richard to call it Mega HZ.

I think it's still missing the poly unison feature that many analog emu synths can benefit from

TAL did it perfect imo

Very few good, fairly priced soundsets from TheLegendHZ. Why ?:(

Well I don't know if these qualify as "good" since that can mean very different things to different people but they are free so that would seem to qualify as fairly priced.

I had fun making them so there's that.....

Programmed at 130 BPM.

No sign up needed, no e-mail address required just a download link like the good old days.

EDIT: Yeah you're welcome you ungrateful piece of human excrement. I had nothing better to do that day than spend time sharing my patches with you. GFY.

Saw a TV show just the other day and if you blink you miss it but there was a CD case in the room and the cover read 'Hans Zimmer falls asleep on his Synthesizer'. (I laughed)
