@BoogerSnot (awesome name lol) I agree, but in the meantime Fractal Sounds offers a psy-tinged pack for Multipass called Sludge. It has some pretty wicked patches that are useful straight away or they can be used as starting points for you to tweak with. You should take a look at them.

Funny to read the totally deserved hype few years after.
Basically history confirmed what everybody was saying in these pages. Both effect hosts are now "classics".

Is there a way to have automatic gain compensation in Multipass? It just feels like it should be there--gain knobs all over the place, gain plugin, pre- and post- effects channels.
If not, it is my request (would it be hard for them to code it?).

And for those who think $99 is expensive you can do much of it for free with the Waves StudioRack plugin. It is awesome for multiband and parallel, with macro controls, it is beautiful and it is free !

Multipass seems to regularly go on sale for $49 though. And some second hand sellers discount it from there.
