Maybe make your drum machine code available to the Surge team who are also working to improve the Short Circuit sampler. Pretty good move from a PR perspective, and it might get the peanut gallery off your back for a month or two.

It was a collab with a magazine. Magazine provides samples, we put samples into drum machine, send drum machine to magazine, magazine puts it on cover CD. So the original samples were made/cleared by them.
