The last working version of R-Tic for Windows 7

Hi!
Would you please give me a link for R-Tic which works on Windows 7? The latest one R-Tic 1.7.1 doesn't work on Windows 7 x64.

I want to create key switches for different Kontakt libraries. Is R-Tic needed for this purpose or this can be defined inside RapidComposer itself?
