It was based on an idea of the community over at Amazona.de - basically a dual oscillator Juno 60 with an extra envelope and a few nice enhancements. It coincided with current state of Diva development, which also was inspired by a Juno 60 with extra oscillators and stuff. Their concept also had an elaborate sequencer and few more advanced things I couldn't implement.
They couldn't find anyone to make it into a hardware product, so I offered to do a plug-in version based on what I had available at the time, which mimicked most of their features.
It's not a close emulation in any case, the Juno inspired modules in Diva were completely rewritten later on.
