-La Fiera (The Fair)-

For me, the fair is always somewhere between exciting and boring, which means I have to take it with a relaxed feeling to enjoy it, not expecting too much and being happy with what it is.

Made for OSC 193 using 12 instances of Thorn VST synth.
DAW Ableton Live, with its stock effects EQ, Reverb, Delay, Clean Amp,
Compressor, Limiter classical in some way, classical folk pop? Always a
challenge to make such music with synths, it calls for acoustic!

My submission:

As always, a track that I made in the last days. The drums, choirs, distorted rhythm tracks and some of the SFX are made from scratch, the rest is a slightly modified stock presets. This synth reminds me a bit of old Massive (but with much better looking graphics) in terms of functionality and signal path. The glitch sequencer and arpeggiator are really handy to create interesting patterns. The effects section is pretty cool, especially the distortion module, an ultimate spice of the synth that I used (if not to say "abused") all the time. It can range from subtle saturation to a face melting tones. Also, this synth is great for making electronic drums and cymbals (though I would prefer to select the noise in the oscillator to be able to stack three noise sources in the single patch). This synth would definitely fit my setup.

Don't be fooled by the intro-part, this one get's funky. At least i hope it does, if it doesn't than i failed - severly. Well anyways, i wanted it to have a little bit more of loose feel and tried some things i heard or read online, to bring more "emotions" into my track - so for one thing i tried to play most of the parts by hand. That didn't work at all back in OSC#157, but I think this time it turned out not only good but good enough - for the most part - at least i hope it is. If it isn't than i failed - severly. Well anyways, hope you'll enjoy it

The core of the molecule is a corrin ring, which is centered around a single cobalt atom.
The molecular formula is C63H88CoN14O14P.
Its molar mass is approximately 1355.38 g/mol, which is considerably larger and more complex than many other vitamins.
