Rhino reinstall

I am trying to reactivate my bigtickaudio.com account, so that I can reinstall my valid (purchased) version of Rhino. But I am not receiving any reset emails to my registered email address. Is support still active?

Thanks for your post, but no. I am missing the key file entirely and need a new copy. My old PC's hard drive was completely wiped out.

Ah, I was hoping you weren't going to say that 
The Big Tick account was last on KVR last December, so you could try PM'ing them if emailing the support fails
