Who are you signing the contract with? Digital River GmbH (the Germany branch) or Digital River US(in Minnesota)? Based on my contract and all discussions on this thread, I think all victims signed the contract with Digital River GmbH which is to be dissolved.

I haven't had any direct contact and it seems to me that unless we create a large group of Mycommerce creditors, we won't carry much weight in the liquidation process..

Yes, please send me your business details and the amount you are owed and I will add you to our bankruptcy proceedings.

However, I am not very confident that we can recover a significant amount from them. They are broke. But we do not have visibility as they are not in bankruptcy. During the bankruptcy their assets would at least be put under court supervision.

Regarding this. gsved told me:

1. They are deal with Digital River US since they use Digtial River API, not like us who sign contract with Digital River GmbH and use MyCommerce platform.
2. It seems Digital River US is still in operation. If it does something bad, such as transferring funds from Digital River GmbH to its parent before it is bankrupted(I am sure they do such things). Then we can claim funds from its parent.

Does anyone know where Mycommerce and Digital River stand? It seems that they still have customers...They haven't paid us since July and don't answer anymore...If you have a procedure or even a project of procedure in common against Mycommerce and digital river I would like to join it I give my email pierrerene2@gmail.com
