FR: Plugin Editor Shortcut?
Would it be possible to create a shortcut to toggle bringing up the plug-in window for plug-ins hosted in RC standalone?
I find myself really needing that.
Thanks!

FR: iOS Port?
I know this is out in left field, but any thoughts on porting RC to iOS.
I would love to have RC on iPad for mobile composing.
I know this is VERY involved, touch, plug-in formats etc.
Curious?

I don't understand the midi "Channel" dropdown box having 128 channels. Is that separated into 16 ports per device?

I always really missed such a variation in RC as Range (this is in Scaler 3). A fader that expands and narrows the notes of a phrase vertically, according to a chord or scale. I would be very happy to see such an addition! ))

That would be kind of cool.. It could be a variation. I see it as a sample edit area, like a preview, with two horizontal lines. A draggable line above and a draggable line below. Only notes in between are played. Drag the lines to adjust.. Of course, there would be issues, like transposition, etc. probably other issues, but, ya know..lulukom wrote: Thu Apr 10, 2025 5:04 pm I always really missed such a variation in RC as Range (this is in Scaler 3). It would be a graphical version of the track variation to limit notes..

I would also like a menu that would store the numbers of saved timeline loop values. It would always be possible to select a ready-made section of the composition to play the desired loops, rather than frequently drawing the desired loop length every time. For example, the intro is timeline loop number 1, the chorus is loop 3, etc. Thank you.

Working with RC I thought about what I really lack? Everything related to working with chords is created in RC perfectly, i.e., simply put, you can always quickly and diversely select chords for any melodies. All this is the harmonization section. But what do we see if we want to build melodies for a selected and ready-made progression? Of all the convenient options, I found one and quite inconvenient way to quickly select scales for your progressions. This is the Collect scales for selected chords command. This is the second, no less important, section of the work - working with scales. That is, the balance is clearly in favor of what is related to chords. For example, I would like suggestions for using scales corresponding to the selected chords to appear in many windows, and other interesting possibilities for using scales.First of all, of course, this is a quick selection of scales corresponding to the selected chords, without transposing the chords. Thank you.

RapidComposer v5 could benefit from improved navigation:
- Structure inspector should allow zooming out to the whole composition, a part or a line in one click: currently, I think this is only supported for lines
- Single-click zoom-out of all tracks: I find it too easy to "lose" tracks if I zoom into a single track and I can only get them back by maximizing the main window and scrolling around

It does that already.. open the structure browser and double in a blank are at the top right. But, before you can do that, you have to zoom the entire timeline first before the top right double click works. To do this quickly, just double click the time line between two bars. The structure browser functions well after that. (RC remembers the last zoom state)
