That's my problem. I used to be able to access my downloads using my "Customer ID" but when I input this number in the "order number" field, it gets rejected. Can't you just give us a support email address we can write to, like everyone else in the industry?

I tried and got no mail back. It's as if my purchase had been entired wiped off their records.
I have proof I own Discovery Pro because I managed to dig out a 7 year old email I had got back from support (and I never sold the plugin)
I just used the only email address I could find to try to reach out to George but I think the whole thing is hopeless. He clearly doesn't want to help.

What the hell are you on about? Is discoDSP the bloody NSA? There's obviously something wrong with your record of me owning Discovery Pro and your only answer is this???
I've had to deal with bad customer service but this beyond anything I've ever experienced.
