Seems to work as expected for me. Have you also set RAND to 0?

Yes. Did you draw the notes in the DAW or in Serum clip window (just like if it was a 4/4 kick)? Did you set Serum to MONO?
For some reasons KVR doesn't want to upload Serum presets.

Two notes are not enough. Try to put say 8. In fact, I did a preset, that uses Serums Clip Window. Just hit Play there and it will play non-stop. Here is the preset.

Ah I see what I did differently to you, I didn't use full length quarter notes, If I use full length quarter notes then I see what you are hearing/seeing.
I would report it to Steve/Xfer.

I bet Xfer Records have had a contact form before, now I cannot see any.

I have discord, but all server links are invalid. Kinda disappointed, that I cannot report an issue. And how beta testers could miss something like this? Lol

They have a forum, but there are no that many responses from Steve.

Raise the sustain, that makes it smooth here - it's not a phase issue, it's a 0.1 ms attack envelope issue, you're spiking a constant sinewave.

But if the note is always the same and the length of the note is the same too and the velocity is the same, then there shouldn't be any difference in "clickiness" with every next note. But, for some reason, it is not the case in the example I provided.

Post

If you want the phase to reset per-note (and also be in mono, mono assumes you want a continuous osc which is the sensible default for mono IMO), enable "per voice" in the lower-right of the osc display.

Does changing the phase to "wrap phase" or "continuous" make a difference? Think you right click the phase setting to change it.

Post

Not sure about those, but changing it to per voice (dropdown to the right of RAND) works, like Steve mentioned above.

Post

Thank you, this indeed worked. Wasn't very easy to figured out though, cuz most of the synths don't behave that way by default in mono mode.

How do Serum customers access the Discord?
