Looking for some insight into the best way I could go about closely reproducing this synth stab I've found from a sample pack. As I have a chord progression in mind, I want to create a patch and not use the loop. Here is the link to the stab file: https://files.catbox.moe/j4avl1.wav and the sample pack it's from: https://www.loopmasters.com/genres/66-T ... FJ-V4YUwtB

I've been doing research on some of the old school House production techniques, but I can't put my finger on it. I have Serum, Diva, FM 8, and Sylenth1.

Any help would be appreciated.

Time, patience, perseverence, and some knowledge of what the knobs on your synths do.

First break down what notes are being played, so you can mimic that.
I'd start with a simple subtractive synth, one oscillator on triangle waveform since that doesn't have too much overtones.
A bit of low-pass filter with envelope to get that 'pow pow' effect.

Or reach straight for the "house organ" preset you found somewhere ;-)

Vital preset + Midi
Because of the unison every time it plays it sounds a bit different so record 10 or so and pick your favorite. Then use it as a sample
