Question about Steinbergs Triebwerk

I was thinking about to buy Steinbergs Triebwerk somewhere on ebay.
The seller told me, that he has Cubase 14 pro now and it is included there.
I own this to, and Halion 7 full version.

Never saw something like this.
Is his statement true?

I have Cubase 13 Pro and Absolute 6, and have just looked in my Cubase folder and Triebwork is in there. If I click on Halion in the Cubase browser it shows up, so I guess its included in Halion.

It's only included with Absolute 6, not with Cubase 14 Pro.
