Concatenator is really sweet & unique. Worth noting that like anything granular(ish), it will eat your CPU if given enough polyphony.

For those of you using Windows and having CPU issues you really should look into using Process Lasso.
My machine is CONSIDERABLY more efficient with it and my CPU usage with Concatenator is extremely low in comparrison to what I am hearing in the community.
Obvisously 64GB RAM helps with the leg work but monitoring my CPU efficiency certainly shows the CPU isn't being overworked running Concatenator.
There is a free version and right now there is a limited 40% discount available also and at that discount is a highly highly HIGHLY! recommended purchase.
Here is a link to the comparison chart of free vs pro and a link to the discount;

PS
I do not work for nor have any affiliation with Bitsum, I am just hugely impressed by how much this program improves system performance and efficiency.
Definitely worth checking out imo for anyone not using it or unaware of it.

Hi all, I'm the guy who invented The Concatenator algorithm. I'm glad you're enjoying the plugin!
If you have some python experience and want to dig in and experiment yourself with some of the details of the algorithm, have a look at my open source version here:

I also just made a video on how to use it:
All the best,

Experimenting with Concatenator and Morph 3 using a drone-pad triggering vocal samples in Concatenator and then using that signal as a side-chain to morph the same drone-pad in Morph 3.

A very interesting combination of tools giving very good results! It makes me confirm that Concatenator is on my "wanted" list for the near future (I already have the other two tools).Sampleconstruct wrote: Thu Jul 24, 2025 3:08 pm Experimenting with Concatenator and Morph 3 using a drone-pad triggering vocal samples in Concatenator and then using that signal as a side-chain to morph the same drone-pad in Morph 3.

Datamind have just released concatenator mini a cut down version of concatenator and also updated concatenator to 1.1.
There's a new input filter added. This doesn't filter the sound output but filters the input if you want to filter out unwanted frequencies into the corpus. (Similar to a sidechain on a gate)
The mini version is 39 bucks and the OG one is currently 99. Purchasing the mini version counts towards the price of the OG one.
The mini version is free for anyone who owns the OG.

Just FYI, did catch behavior when v1.1.5 being installed atop of previous v1.0.2, has non working behavior - incoming audio stay non processing, like in bypass mode (volume knob has affect though), despite it was install\scanned\open UI\load factory samples OK.
But helped install from scratch (ie need uninstall 1.0.2 first), now works ok.
At Win10 \ vst3 \ Studio One 6
UPDATE:
No processing again, hm. Seems some bug.
In the same time the indicators of audio modulation are active (has visual reaction to incoming audio). But no work of loaded samples \ Corpus (nor by sound nor visual).
UPD2
Damn, in Ableton 12 all ok. Seems prob with Studio One.
