I'm not sure if this is exactly what you're looking for, but we're developing software that lets you plug in your MIDI controller and get real-time harmonic analysis, chord-scale relationships, voicings, transpositions to all 12 keys, and much more. It also includes a simple auto-accompaniment feature so you can experiment with those ideas in context.

Here's a screenshot to give you an idea of some of the tools we're working on (there are many more tools and you can arrange them freely, we just couldn't fit all in one screen 😄):

Masters in music. I cannot think of any other tool that shows how everything relates. Works great for jazz too.

Melodyne vox tuning is not 100% to my ears. Perhaps Steinberg VariAudio?
