I believe it's done from their Installation Manager. It's an app, not a plugin - https://www.plugin-alliance.com/en/prod ... #downloads

Yeah, I have the latest version of the PA-Installation Manager.
I was able to find it by selecting

All Products, then searching for "bx_mastering"

Once I downloaded, installed, and activated it to my account, it showed up in

My Products in the PA-Installation Manager.

New free bx_mastering any opinions ?
