I hope I'm not breaking any rules. What's the deal with abandonware around here? Long story short, I'm working on a Breton-themed piece, and need a bombarde sample instrument. The only one I've ever known of is the one in Bela D Media's Celtic Winds, which is pretty much impossible to find. I've written to Bela D Media and Eduardo Tarilonte, the developer. Bela D Media sent me a form letter on how to order from them ((no longer available) and Tarilonte didn't respond. Not looking for anything free, and would gladly purchase it, but alas, there doesn't seem to be any way. If any one has any thoughts, ideas or suggestions I'd appreciate it.

Celtic Wind is now out in a new version, Celtic Era 2, that runs on the much improved Best Service new Engine:

If it were easy, anybody could do it!

I am not aware of any form letter created or sent. We no longer have the rights to sell under our name and have not for at least 10 years. We would suggest contacting the producer.

All the best,

There is a Bombarde in Fluffy Audio's Rinascimento, but it is an octave lower (a tenor?) than the one in Celtic Winds.
