Decent sampler UI programing

Hi, im making my first decent sampler library and am trying to make a nice ui for it, im trying to make a casio mt-46 replica where all the buttons and lights do what they do irl, a little overkill i know
anyway im trying to make the power switch and button work and i need to know if there is any way to change a ui image or something of that sorts, with a button, but thats not the actual button mainImage.
any ideas?

TL:DR= how do i control seperate images with buttons, please help
