Princess Koto KAGUYA doesn't work properly

Hi,

I bought Princess Koto KAGUYA a few years ago and it's not working properly on my new lap top now.
KAGUYA 17 is working for now, but for KAGUYA 13 no sound comes out and for KAGUYA Phrase, icons on KONTAKT player doesn't show up properly. I tried to attache some screenshots for your reference, but I couldn't for some reasons.

i assume that some essential files are not in the right folder such as ".ogg" files and other files called ".DS_Store".

I would really appreciate if you can help me out to solve the problem out asap.
