Is there a single free sampler which can timestretch?

I've been trying to limit myself to just free tools on a second setup and I can't seem to find a sampler which can timestretch at all. Ableton live lite comes with simpler but it isn't technically free.

Cockos REAPER isn't an old school sampler, it's a DAW, but timestretching is easy.
Within REAPER, you hold the atl key while dragging the right or left clip edge to stretch.
There's other ways too. REAPER is trialware until you buy, but there's no restrictions.
A lot of people end up purchasing nonetheless.

For standalone editors, I think Ocenaudio has a timestretcher too.
Look in the menu: Effects >> Time and Pitch >>
