Duophonic Noise Construction's debut album, Distorted Reality. It's Sevren Ni-Arb from X Marks the Pedwalk and his son and it's actually quite good in places. A bit lightweight but really nicely done.
Bonus points for knowing where/how "Sevren Ni-Arb" got his name.

things are a bit different there, even more than just reverse compared to ours, eg, elton john has control of the second largest military power, in whats left of their earths colonies on the other planets.

I don't think he's that kind of guy. His music was always on the less aggressive end of the EBM spectrum. Quality stuff, well ahead of the chasing pack, he deserved more recognition.
