Didn't we all learn the lesson when This Plugin 2.5 was released before it was really ready? I still haven't got all the ostrichs out of my PC.

Yes that one, but 2.5 was amazing in a bad way. I got through four cans of carpet cleaner and it's still not right.

I'm guessing some control over gating for sure - it has gated presets but I can't seem to find any way to manage gating (Some Soundtoys plugins have hidden control panels but I've been clicking all over the GUI and can't find any)

After May, it *is* the pay-for version (it’s $99)…

So were many others that started as freebies (and occasionally made free again), followed by a bigger more expensive sibling. I’m not complaining, as I truly like their releases.

It doesn't use feedback. You can manipulate the shape of the entire tap network and make it gated or reverse or whatever. I watched the sound toys guy screwing around with it in a video. But the main thing was you're adjusting the envelope of just a ton of delay taps, graphically.

Edit: the point of all that being that you should be able to get any dynamic envelope without using any further dynamics processes
