Hmmm, ok, that's an interesting finding that it's always 16 samples. That would indeed be internal processing buffer size, surely.
I suppose keep pinging Korg support on the matter!

Version 1.0.4
- Improved workflow for initial installation of sound data; the user only needs to select a destination folder if installing to a non-default location.
- Previously, when the Master lane was reset, if a Lane's last Step was a rest, the first Step would also incorrectly act as a rest. This has now been fixed.
- Previously, if the user edited a Set List, closed the Set List window, and then used Undo, a crash could occur. This has now been fixed.
- Previously, when re-using a voice from a virtual voice card, if the Amp Envelope was set to the minimum attack time of 1 ms it would instead open even faster, in 0.3 ms, which could cause a sharp clicking sound. (This effect was masked if the Envelope Delay Time was non-zero.) This has now been fixed.
- Previously, the bottom status bar was too dark when a dialog was opened, making help hard to read. This has now been fixed.
- Previously, the Export progress bar might not have closed properly. This has now been fixed.
- Windows only: previously, dialog boxes might have overlapped. This has now been fixed.
I wonder if this needs a firmware update, too?

This is the issue I brought up multiple times earlier in this thread, and contacted Korg about. Dan from Korg got back to me last weekend about this and allowed me to beta test 1.0.4. I can confirm it is fixed! And now I can totally recommend this plugin, which has a really awesome sound and a ton of features for a pretty reasonable amount of CPU usage.
And you all thought I was crazy

Yes, I guess it should have the same bugs then? Since it is like a linux version of the plugin...

I know this is probably a "by design" decision, but why does "0" morph on the oscillator give you a lot of morph? Why does it default to 50/100? Why does matter deform space-time? I have questions!

Is space-time primary? Is information the basic building block of reality? Are we in a simulation? More questions!

I always find the simulation question to be funny, because what's the ramifications of it? Unless the sky opens up and an entity looks in and says, "ya'll are in a simulation," what's the move, other than to continue on?Hyperbole wrote: Tue Apr 29, 2025 11:05 pmIs space-time primary? The "Are we in a simulation?" question was meant as a silly goof. But since you asked, the Simulation Hypothesis has several intriguing (yet highly speculative) implications for the foundations of physics and cosmology. It might help explain the Planck length, quantum entanglement, wave-particle duality, and the fine-tuning of physical constants, to name a few puzzling features of our universe.zerocrossing wrote: Wed Apr 30, 2025 8:21 pm I always find the simulation question to be funny, because what's the ramifications of it? Deep indeed.

It’s just another god, without the religion baggage. We couldn’t explain electricity, disease and many other things and we just said, “god,” or “spirits.” Now we say, “simulation,” which is shorthand for “a higher intelligence is calling the shots.” It’s too easy.Hyperbole wrote: Thu May 01, 2025 12:11 amThe "Are we in a simulation?" question was meant as a silly goof. I demoed this plugin and just wow. Serum 2 (demo) was a disappointment, but this synth is just .... hmm... really really great. Sound top notch, on u-he and softube and Dune 3 level und the UI and workflow is on Pigments and Phaseplant level and just a wonderful synth overall, the best synth (in my opinion) in the year 2025, at least for VA without granular, sample and spectral stuff. But the price is too high for me, I wait for a sale, I think. If you have more money than me than buy now, this is Diva version 3 stuff.

have you not seen the matrix? basically, you get to looks cool and dodge bullets. plus you can program yourself to learn kung fu, rather than years of lessons.zerocrossing wrote: Wed Apr 30, 2025 8:21 pmI always find the simulation question to be funny, because what's the ramifications of it? its looks pretty cool to be honest, but i havent managed to down any helicopters yet. but i have crashed a few drones.*
* not mine, i just rock up to random strangers flying drones, tell them theyre doing it wrong, and say "let me show you..."
