Yes, Thomann is great. I have purchased numerous pieces of gear for my studio from Thomann. All arrived in perfect condition and if I ever have any questions or need support they are always very quick to respond.

Thomann is reliable from my experience, but I'd maybe think about buying from smaller shops, to support them survive in the market "against" Thomann.

They had some issue processing my credit card so I was skeptical at first, but they quickly fixed it once morning time in Europe came around.
