Most affordable way to upgrade my T-RackS modules to V6

For what it's worth both Black 76 and White 2A have never shown as activated in Custom shop for me ever regardless of them being activated as plugins or in the standalone.
I've got two licenses for Black 76, both are from T-Racks 3 and I just checked, my White 2A license is from T-Racks 3 too. Plus I had T-Racks 3 Deluxe years back which is still in my account. Might be the cause of the mess.

Finally got a response from support saying that they are aware of the problem migrating modules from T-RackS 5 to 6 and to “stay tuned” while they work on a fix. I had 5 MAX with some extras and now have 6 Standard, but a lot of the modules simply aren’t showing up in 6.

Just got an email from support asking me to try Restoring Gear purchases again and this time it worked and I have all my TR5 plugins in TR6. So it looks like they have fixed it behind the scenes, for me at least. Worth a try you Restoring Gear I'd think ( Can do it from within TR6 Mastering Console).

Thanks but no luck for me, nothing has changed. Tried both in T-Racks 6 and the Custom Shop. I hope this doesn't mean they think the issue is resolved. I'll wait a few days and see if support respond to my request, but judging by other peoples comments it's not looking good. We'll see.

EDIT: They got in touch with me a couple of hours after I posted this and I tried it again.
Everything is working now as it should be.

The cheapest way is to wait for them to accidentally put TR6 Max on sale for $29 again

Humm, is T-RackS v5 SE not supposed to unlock T-RackS v6 versions of those plugins? Restore Purchases / re-authorizing doesn't seem to unlock my v5 SE plugins in v6 - or any of my other v5 plugins for that matter.

FWIW, 2.5 weeks and 2 support tickets into this and IK still hasn't gotten my T-RackS 5 MAX modules working in T-RackS 6... They told me they were working on it a week ago, but I'm starting to get pretty frustrated with the situation. Having worked in consumer products before, we'd have solved it one way or the other by now, even if it meant manually adding the modules to T-RackS 6 or something. There's definitely a way to fix this for me (or anyone in my boat), even if it's not the way they meant for it to work.

I have T-RackS 5 Max. The upgrade is 199, though I received an email with a discount code to set it to $99.

But the code doesn't work. The store always adds the upgrade product and the code is invalid. I assume the code is only for a new purchase. So new buyers get a better discount than loyal customers...

FWIW, I got a response from IK on my ticket.

"Our team is aware of this behaviour and is working to find a fix."

More than a month later, I ask IK what's going on and get back "so what plugins are missing?"

You know, because me listing them in the original problem report wasnt worth anyone paying any attention to.

I did however realise that T-Racks 6 actually doesnt think I have two of my CSR Reverbs. Which makes complete sense, given that all four were a single product when I bought them 19 years ago.

And now Im being told that the reason that half a dozen modules (that Ive owned for at least a decade because they were in TR-3 Deluxe and CSR) are not showing as owned in T-Racks 6 is.... because I own the version of T-Racks 6 with 19 modules, and those modules arent in that version.

You know, even though a whole load of other modules I own that arent in that version of T-racks 6 are- showing properly as owned in T-Racks 6. Even though Ive already made it clear that the modules flagged as not owned in TR-6 are flagged as owned in Custom Shop and TR-5. Because I own them.
