Unfortunately the capping out at 1000 items on a system is causing me grief. Any chance this could be higher next release, even at 1500/2000

Where are you seeing a 1000 limit? Plugin scanning and syncing are not limited to 1000. Some users have many more plugins than that! I have 3k on my Mac.

I am comparing a new machine to an old machine and the comparison is flagging things not on my system that actually are.

Ah, comparisons. I've upped that to 5000. Does that fix the missing plugins?

I am in the rebuilding phase at the moment, I have't resintalled everything. Reinstalls are a total PIA, but this tool certainly helps me get organized to get things back to where I was on prev machine. It is a real awesome tool, just a few other wiggly things I have called out in other threads
