The problem is - people will give better and better scores to not offend anyone. So now it's in fact from 2 to 5, but apparently "2" is offending, so soon it will be from "3" to "5". And then, because everyone are so polite, it will be "5" for everyone. Do you see that points difference in results are already very small because of that?
It's scale from "1" to "5". It's "+1" to "+5", not "-5" to "+5". Every vote adding points. So maybe it should be considered as "1" (I don't like it so much for some reason), "2" (is not bad, but others are better imo), "3" (it's very solid piece), "4" (really good song), "5" (better than others in my opinon)?
OSC is not some global world competition. It's for small group of experienced musicians that are active on KVR forum. So even "1" should NOT be considered as "bad".

Wow, my first top 5! Considering the amount of time I spent on it, I really didn't expect to succeed with this piece. I suppose it's because the usual heavyweights weren't around this time
I'm also happy that my two favourites, Tachman and Maxym, placed well.
A big thank you to Richard and Brian for keeping this great initiative alive, and to all of you for listening and commenting. It's amazing that a few dozen people actually listen to my terrible creations — I know, it's probably a bit of the Dunning–Kruger on my part
For a chronic procrastinator like me, OSC is a great way to get things done. I've finished almost nothing in the past 15 years, but now I've produced ~45 minutes of music in a year through OSC (and a few other one-off competitions)!
It's not my turn, but if possible, I would grab Luftrum's Bioscape. I will change my choice if it is selected by someone else.

Hello friends.
Thank you to all of you who voted for my tune. I placed so high the second time, and I appreciate that.
As for a price, I choose the Diversion by Dmitry Sches.
Kudos to organizers and congratulations to all participants.

Hello everyone!!!.
Thank you for taking the time to listen and comment on my song.
I'm really shocked that I got 5th place with such an unpopular style of music

BLEASS Monolit turned out to be a synth for patient, hardcore players / but I tried to do something
As for the prize, I would like to get Outer Space 2
Vintage Tape Echo by Audiothing
PS. Big thanks to the organizers and congratulations to all participants.
