I was looking at this and wondering about the meters.....does it have the full featured meter choices like you see in Cubase Pro Control Room that shows
the average and LUFS and stuff???? How good are the meters???
And is there a sale upcoming to get this for under 100$...? thanks

Neutron 3 Elements is a bit primitive. It offers you a basic compressor, a four-band EQ, an exciter, and a transient shaper for distorting drums and one-hit samples. The meters consist of:
1. A basic input/output pair on the right, so you can see how much your compressor is subtracting if you're using it.
2. On the compressor only, you can see RMS, peak, and true in dB.
That's really about it: it's designed to be put onto pretty much each and every track to provide intelligent EQ and compression.
Having said that, I used it for quite a while and it had a definite benefit by doing a ton of work for me.
I did however upgrade to the Neutron 3 standard, which does a heck of a lot more. But it still doesn't do the kind of metering I think you're talking about.
If you're looking at the entire project, you might consider Ozone 9, which is their all-in-one mastering package. That offers a lot more in terms of controlling levels of a project overall.
So here's what I did. I grabbed Ozone 9 Elements, Neutron 3 Elements, and Nectar Elements on sale as part of promo package. I learned what they do and what they don't do, and got to like them quite a bit. In a few months, Izotope emailed me a special deal to upgrade to the full versions for a flat $149. I did, and was very glad. This might work for you.
Here are two things you should know:
1. Izotope offers plug ins for mixing (Neutron, Nectar, Relay, Visual Mixer) that aren't simple compressors or EQs. They work in combination with each other to analyze your tracks, make subtle corrections, and do a lot of the work for you. If you purchase these with the intent of getting a simple compressor or an EQ or a filter, you will be greatly disappointed. They're not "effects plugins" intended to be standalone. They really do work, and I *strongly* endorse them: but if you're not aware of their analysis and assistant tools, you might watch some of the tons of videos on Izotope's site to see how differently they work. Also, Ozone and Tonal Balance Control are intended to work to master your project after the mixing pieces have done their work. It can be an investment, but I recommend looking at these packages when Izotope offers them at some decent discounts as a group purchase.
2. If you're looking for a solid metering tool, check out MLoudnessAnalyzer, one of the free(!) plugins in Melda's Free FX package. This definitely offers you every kind of way to measure your sound. It's really good, as are pretty much all Melda's free plugins.

Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and even Deezer, whatever the hell Deezer is.

Sorry it’s not about Neutron, as it’s not a bad freebie
Just as post above, little bit limited, understandably

I put a song in my music website called "The Prodigal One", it is the song on top. I used some Neutron 3 Elements effects on the song. Here is my link:
