You probably should have posted this to your previous 'is this synthwave' thread instead of starting a new one.
For bandcamp/soundcloud, sure, it's synthwave. For Youtube/Spotify/etc, no, it's not synthwave. Drums come in way too late. People listening to synthwave want that beat.

I vote no. Putting an arp on top of a trance chord progression (or similar) does not make it synthwave. I'd say the arp is the only thing it shares with synthwave, but it is missing any of the other synthwave esthetics.
