I.e. false positives
I have about 40 plugins that are up to date as VST3 yet for various reasons they are showing that there is a KVR version that is newer. Would be great to easily submit them for KVR to triage

So many plugins are liars that I would like to have a "liar" flag in Studio Manager. It's pretty obvious that updating whichever variable in the plugin code is responsible for the version number is a very low priority for developers. I'm a bit tired of downloading plugins that don't actually need to be updated. At this point my "KvR Newer" list is primarily full of plugins that incorrectly report their version number. It's hard to know when something actually does need to be updated.

Any chance of adding a simple plugin loader? The UI is usually honest about the version number.
